Rajkumar leads the practice with a strong focus on execution, spatial clarity, and integrated project delivery. His expertise lies in translating design concepts into well-resolved, buildable solutions - ensuring that every space is both functional and efficiently realised.
His approach is rooted in precision, ensuring that design intent is carried through seamlessly into the built outcome. He has also been instrumental in introducing advanced building systems and automation into residential and commercial projects, positioning the practice at the forefront of integrated, future-ready environments.
His work has been recognised through multiple accolades, including the Promising Architect of the Year Award (2021).
An Architect and Urban Planner from CEPT University, she brings a refined design sensibility with a strong emphasis on spatial experience, interiors and styling. Her work is driven by a keen eye for detail, materiality, and composition - shaping spaces that are both elegant and deeply considered.
She specialises in design consultation and project feasibility, particularly for large-scale residential developments and commercial, while playing a key role in defining interior environments - from furniture, custom detailing and finish palettes.
Her experience includes project positioning for institutions such as TNIFMC and HRNC and other government initiatives—combining strategic insight with a refined approach to interior design.
Experience of about 25 years in the field of civil and construction. Mr. Sundarrajan has worked on projects like residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
Having completed Bachelors in Civil and Masters in Structural Engineering from IIT Madras, he is an expert in designing structures for high rise residential to bridges. His notable works include designing structures along with his peers for One Vander Built - Newyork, Ministry of Taxation Building - Baku Azerbaijan, DLF Downtown - Gurgaon and Elston Library, Chicago. Holding IGBC AP and LEED AP, he is also an expert in designing energy efficient buildings.
